What is a Sprint?
A sprint is the process Google Ventures created to take an idea out of your head and into real people's hands — fast. Solo Sprinter is based on that process: instead of months of planning and endless meetings, a short, fixed deadline leads straight to a testable prototype that tells you whether the idea actually works.
How it works, step by step
The original Design Sprint takes a week. Here, you go through the same five stages in a single session, without leaving the browser — with an AI guiding every step.
Understand
Tell us your idea in your own words. An AI Facilitator asks the right questions to understand your goal, your audience, and the problem you're solving, helping you see a clear path forward. You'll also hear from AI-simulated experts, tailored to your idea's domain — bringing perspectives you might not have considered. By the end of this stage, you'll know exactly what to focus on.
Sketch
The Facilitator generates 2 to 3 different concepts for the point you prioritized — as a visual wireframe or as structured text, depending on what your idea is. You pick one to move forward with.
Decide
The Facilitator turns your chosen sketch into an ordered storyboard of scenes — the one that becomes your prototype. You can add anything extra before it's generated, then confirm to move on.
Prototype
From what was decided, you get your prototype screens ready — and can generate an AI-made visual representation based on the functions and flows you defined. No drawing or coding required, prepared to show someone and collect real reactions.
Test
Take your prototype to real people. The platform puts together a ready-to-use script of questions, each with what it's meant to validate — so you find out if the idea actually works.
